       Tea plant is a plant that can thrive in high altitude areas. In terms of economy, this plants is very beneficial because in addiction to mainstream many people, this plant can also survive up to 40 years. The types of plants that have a name camellia sinensis also varied, that is black tea, oolong tea, white tea, but that does not contain tea leaves called herbal tea. Some kind of tea has benefits and usefulness of each.

      Benefits of tea is no doubt. Tea contains fluoride, amino acid l-haenine, polyphenols, quercetin, kaempfrol, myricetin, caffeine, and contains an antioxidant called catechins. It’s taste was pleasure and benefits of tea leaves that have been processed into a drink, making people unable to escape from tea.
